These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the www.maderobox.com between the Maderobox self-employed company and any private buyer.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website www.maderobox.com. Each product is presented with a detailed description. The photographs are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Maderobox reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.

For orders outside mainland France, the buyer is considered to be the importer. Any local, customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are payable in euros.
Maderobox reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time of the order, subject to availability.

Products remain the property of Maderobox until full payment has been received.
The risks are transferred to the buyer upon physical receipt of the products.

5. Ordering

Any order implies acceptance of these GCS. Once payment has been confirmed, the buyer will receive a confirmation email. Maderobox reserves the right to refuse an order, particularly in the event of a supply problem or difficulty concerning the order received.

6. Terms of payment

Payment can be made online by :

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other common types)
  • Paypal

The site uses a SSL certificate to guarantee payment security. All transactions are encrypted.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when the order was placed.

  • Delivery times : On average 7 working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery charges Free delivery to mainland France and Belgium. Other destinations are subject to a flat-rate delivery charge which is adjusted according to the country of destination.
  • Carriers used CIRRO, La Poste, Colis Privé, Asendia, Mondial Relay (for returns).

Maderobox cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier.

8. Availability

Products are offered while stocks last.

In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the buyer will be informed by e-mail and the order will be cancelled without any debit.

Maderobox reserves the right to refuse orders for large quantities of the same product.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the following rights 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.

Products must be returned complete and in their original condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer's expense.

The refund will be made within 14 days of the request for withdrawal, using the same method of payment.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to :

  • personalised goods,
  • sealed products opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons),
  • PDF guides and digital content.

Return policy:

  • Return via Mondial Relayby sending a prepaid packing slip.
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

10. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

11. Liability

Maderobox cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the site www.maderobox.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Maderobox. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.

13. Personal data (RGPD)

The personal data collected is used solely to process orders and communicate with the customer.

  • Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Data retained for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship.
  • Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete or object to their data by writing to : contact@maderobox.com.

14. Disputes and applicable law

These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction and the Toulouse court will be the first to be contacted.
