  • Do not present no trace of use (creams, oils, damage...)
  • Do not not be on promotion or sale (these items are non-refundable)

Non-reimbursable products

  • The digital products like PDF guides cannot be refunded once downloaded.

Gifts


If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient of the gift had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send the refund to the recipient of the gift.
